Wolves boss David Jones pays tribute to his victorious side after their 1-0 victory at Reading secured their place in the Divsion One play-off final on May 26, Live on Sky.
Alex Rae's low shot from 12 yards eased the nerves of the Molineux side who played out the remaining minutes to take the tie 3-1 on aggregate.
Jones said: "I'm very proud because it was a tough one.
"We learnt from last year when we played Norwich at home and we threw everything at them.
"I'm proud of them and everyone associated with the club. But there is a lot of hard work ahead of us and we know that."
Midfielder Colin Cameron added: "It's a great moment. We had to work hard for it, Reading pushed us all the way.
"It's been hard since the turn of the year and there is still a long way to go to get to the Premiership.
"All credit to Reading, they put us under the cosh a lot and we needed that goal which settled us down a bit."
Wolves will face either Nottingham Forest or Sheffield United in the play-off decider at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff, on Bank Holiday Monday.
Defeated Reading boss Alan Pardew said: "We've finished third, second and fourth in the last three years so this team expects to win.
"We haven't tonight and these chances don't come around often - so the players are gutted.
"We couldn't have given a much better display and might have been 2-0 up on another night. We passed and moved like we have done all season.
"We have had a fantastic season and I hope we don't lose any of the positiveness we have gained.
"Tonight's disappointing - and although it wasn't to be this year, maybe it will be next season."
