After the thrills and excitement of last week's international tri-series, England squad members return to their Netball Superleague teams this week as the competition moves into the play off phase.

With two intriguing match ups in prospect this weekend, the tension and drama looks set to continue for spectators across the country.

TeamBath, unbeaten during the league season, will face second placed Mavericks in the major semi-final this Saturday.

Mavericks led TeamBath for most of the game when they met for the first time in December, but since then, the form of Bath's international stars Cookey, Dunn, Greenway, Bayman, Binns and Mentor has seen all of them impress against Australia and New Zealand.

However, England and Mavericks' captain Amanda Newton will be hoping that her own set of stars, including Louisa Brownfield, Naomi Siddall, Karen Atkinson, Gemma Wiseman and Jo Harten will be up to the challenge, and a thrilling game is in prospect (3pm KO).

Tickets are now available from events@teambath.com or by telephoning 01225 384267. A place in the Grand Final awaits the winner of this game, while the loser must try again in the second round of play offs, on June 2.

Meanwhile, third placed Brunel Hurricanes has home advantage in the minor semi-final against fourth placed Loughborough Lightning, and will be looking for maximum support from its loyal spectators as the side looks to overturn the results between the two teams this season.

Loughborough has won both encounters between the sides, but Hurricanes have been running into form in recent weeks, and with the likes of Mkoloma, Hutchinson, Ezeogu and new shooting sensation Vicklyn Joseph playing well, Brunel could well take the win.

Tickets are available now from the Box Office at the Guildford Spectrum Centre on 01483 443333 or by visiting www.guildfordspectrum.co.uk.

The match starts at 6.00pm and the winner takes the second place in the minor final on June 2, with a place in the Grand Final at stake.
