Delighted with the news but not surprised. It's a measure of the man that TH has declined the 'instant fix' of joining the reigning European Champions with every expectation of pocketing a winners medal in the near future. Much more rewarding to achieve that same goal having been integral in the building process. Patience Thierry, your moment will surely come.

I'm absolutely over the moon! If I had to choose only one thing it would be keeping Henry - even ahead of winning the Champions League. Being champions would have meant nothing if our team had lost so much quality in one transfer. Now however, with an additional two signings, we may well become a genuine title contender next season.
